Introducing the Card Cushion!

The Card Cushion is the latest and greatest to the Shipping Shield lineup.



The Card Cushion is a 3.50 x 4.50 inch corrugated cardboard rectangle thats main purpose is to add extra stiffness when shipping cards in a bubble mailer. The Card Cushion is best used in pairs and in conjunction with a Classic Shipping Shield or top loader. The Card Cushion serves the same purpose of the Team Box, but it provides cost savings vs the Team Box while being a little less time efficient to use.

While not the first of its kind of the market, the Card Cushion is competatively priced, made of 1/8" thick corrugated cardboard (most others are 1/16" thick), has a kraft paper color on one side and a white kraft paper color on the other, which is PERFECT for custom printing!


As you can see in the examples below, the white side of the Card Cushion prints amazing!

The best way to use the Card Cushion is to first place your cards between 2 cushions. You're effectively making a "sandwitch" between the cards and the 2 cushions.



Then apply tape along all four edges as shown below. Scotch tape does work well, but many people prefer to use painters tape or masking tape as they're very easy for your customers to tear free and get easy access to their cards.

That's it! Place the "sandwitch" in a bubble mailer and you're good to go!

On top of placing cards in shields/top loaders between the cushions, they're also terrific for protecting sealed booster packs.
