Returns & Shipping Policy

Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product by contacting us .  Product must me completely unused and received back in complete and undamaged.  Return product is subject to inspection and approval by shipping shield to ensure proper amount has been returned and undamaged.  After inspection, customer will be refunded their purchase amount less the shipping cost incurred by shipping shield for the customers initial order.  Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

And custom made or printed product is not eligible for return.

Damaged and Defect Policy

If product arrives damaged, please inform shipping shield by contacting us within 5 days of receiving the product.  Please attach pictures of proof of damage and the quantity of damaged product.  If approved, a partial return will be given proportional to the cost paid for the order vs the number of damaged products.  For example: if 1,000 units were ordered at $100, the cost to the customer is $.10 a unit.  If 138 arrive damaged, the customer will receive a $13.80 refund ($.10 x 138).

If product arrived defective, please inform shipping shield by emailing shippingshieldus@gmail.com.  Please attach pictures of proof of defective product and the quantity of defective product.  If approved, a partial return will be given proportional to the cost paid for the order vs the number of defective products.  For example: if 1,000 units were ordered at $100, the cost to the customer is $.10 a unit.  If 15 arrive defective, the customer will receive a $1.50 refund ($.10 x 15).

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Shipping Outside U.S.A.

All customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and any other import related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
